The Story Behind The Language
BanLingo was founded on a simple belief: translation should be accurate, human, and fluent — because behind every document is a person, a purpose, or a promise.
What began as an in-house translation team within a major language service provider evolved into an independent, boutique partnership dedicated to restoring precision and personal attention to the translation process. After years of managing large-scale projects for financial, legal, and healthcare clients, we saw an opportunity to do things differently — to combine the quality standards of enterprise workflows with the care and responsiveness of a small, focused team.
Today, BanLingo works primarily across Spanish and English, while also offering professional translation from French, Italian, and Portuguese into English — ensuring linguistic precision across the languages that most often connect people and institutions worldwide.

What Sets Us Apart
-
Multilingual reach. Along with our Spanish–English foundation, we serve clients who need accurate translation from French, Italian, and Portuguese into English, bringing consistency and fluency across related Romance languages.
-
Native balance. Our team combines native English and native Spanish expertise — a bilingual foundation that keeps our translations natural on both sides.
-
Cross-disciplinary knowledge. We specialize in the types of documents that connect personal life and professional systems — from bank statements and contracts to medical reports, educational records, and more.
-
Trust and confidentiality. Whether the translation is for an individual or an institution, every project receives the same care, discretion, and attention to detail.
-
Boutique responsiveness. Clients work directly with linguists — no layers, no lost details, no rushed shortcuts.
About BanLingo Solutions
Our Philosophy
We believe clarity builds trust — and trust depends on accuracy. Every translation we deliver is shaped by this principle.
At BanLingo, precision isn’t just about word choice; it’s about understanding context, intent, and the people behind the text. We follow ISO-aligned workflows and a two-step Translation + Revision process to ensure every project is reviewed by a trained linguist — not just processed by software.
Our approach combines technology efficiency with human intelligence, giving each translation the fluency and integrity it deserves.

Why We Do What We Do
Because language connects more than words — it connects people, systems, and opportunities. We’ve seen firsthand how a clear translation can open a bank account, finalize a contract, or help a family member receive medical care abroad.
Those moments remind us that translation isn’t a service — it’s a bridge. And building that bridge with accuracy and humanity is what BanLingo was created to do.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, with Spanish at the foundation of a multilingual life. Living in Paris and across different regions of the United States shaped an understanding of how language shifts with culture, context, and audience.
Beyond Translation
Reading and learning are constant pursuits, especially across literature, history, and language. That curiosity carries into translation through research, nuance, and a desire to understand the subject behind the words.
